How it works

To join one of our voluntary membership plans is very simple.  Choose a level of support you are comfortable with. See choices in the next section.

Paying more or less does not affect your access to any of our jazz channels. We only ask that if you enjoy what you hear, we’d appreciate your sustaining support to keep us commercial-free.

Your recurring payment will be billed monthly through FastSpring, our eCommerce partner. You can unsubscribe at any time. Payments are not tax-deductible.

Your membership support will go a long way toward helping us cover our costs, add new music, pay for our streaming costs and other features…. and for that, we truly appreciate your loyalty and support.  Contact us if you have any questions.

Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email with two links… one to your receipt and the other link to your Account page that allows you to change your billing information or cancel your subscription at any time.

Be sure to keep the confirmation email handy if you need to contact support.

SALES TAX NOTICE – To comply with tax laws, payments made from the following states will incur sales tax charges: Alabama, Arizona, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont and Wisconsin. California residents also pay sales tax because our reseller, FastSpring is located in California.

VAT TAX – Most sales in the EU and certain other geographic locations require FastSpring to collect and pay VAT to the appropriate authorities. VAT and tax rates differ by country, and subscribers in the EU (and some of the other locations) can enter their VAT ID as part of the checkout process if they are exempt from payment of the tax.
